The Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is a highly efficient and energy-saving device that combines mixing and drying. It is widely used for drying heat-sensitive 

materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. It performs low-temperature drying in a vacuum environment, effectively protecting the 

active ingredients in the material and ensuring product quality. It is a key piece of equipment in modern precision production.

The main body of the device consists of a double-cone rotary tank, which rotates slowly under the drive system, continuously mixing the material inside. 

Simultaneously, a vacuum system creates a negative pressure inside the tank, lowering the boiling point of water. A heating medium (usually hot water 

or steam) is passed through the jacket to heat the tank, rapidly evaporating the material's moisture at low temperatures and extracting it through the 

vacuum system, achieving efficient, low-temperature drying.
